the brief: 
SMART WORKS would like to extend its brand to reach a younger audience (aged 18–30) of unemployed women in the Greater Manchester region. You will identify a specific target audience and promote SMART WORKS in a way that is tailored to your defined audience.
You will identify the media channels appropriate to your audience and message, and create a visual, multi-channel promotional campaign specifically for that audience.
